Test operation of pressure testing machine

Check before startup
1. Before use, check whether the oil in the storage tank is full and whether the oil pipe joint is loose to prevent oil leakage.
2. According to the requirements of the test piece, replace the required spring, and use the small spring in small tonnage to make the reading accurate.
3. Turn the handwheel and adjust the screw to the proper position.
4. Tighten the return valve.
5. Start the oil pump to adjust the floating piston of the oil delivery valve, correct the zero point of the pointer, turn the knurled nut, and adjust the chord line so that the pointer coincides with the zero line of the dial.
6. Control the oil delivery valve and load as required.
Operating procedures
1. Turn on the main switch.
2. Select the measuring range according to the sample, hang or remove the thallium on the swing rod, adjust the handle of the buffer valve and align it with the marking line.
3. Install the corresponding chuck into the upper and lower jaw seats according to the shape and size of the sample.
4. Roll and press the recording paper on the rotary drum of the plotter. This item is only carried out when necessary.
5. Start the oil pump motor, unscrew the oil supply valve to raise the test bench by 10mm, and then close the oil valve. If the test bench is in the raised position, it is not necessary to open the oil pump to supply oil first, just close the oil supply valve.
6. Clamp one end of the sample in the upper jaw.
7. Start the oil pump and adjust the pointer to align with the zero point of the dial.
8. Start the lower jaw motor, lift the lower jaw to the appropriate height, clamp the other end of the sample in the lower jaw, and pay attention to make the sample vertical.
9. Put down the drawing pen on the push rod to enter the drawing preparation state.
10. According to the loading speed required by the test, slowly unscrew the oil delivery valve to carry out the loading test.
11. After the sample breaks, close the oil valve and stop the oil pump motor.
12. Record the required value and plot it.
13. Open the oil return valve and move the passive needle back to zero after unloading.
14. Remove the broken sample.
15. Compression and bending tests can be conducted with reference to the above items.
When the testing machine is installed in a clean and dry house with uniform temperature, the possibility of long beam bending test on the machine and the possibility of using a mirror extensometer for the test should be taken into account. Therefore, sufficient free area should be left around the testing machine. No special foundation is required for the installation of the main body of the testing machine and the dynamometer. Only the general foundation is made according to the foundation drawing and the foundation screw hole is reserved for pouring. Find the level of the main body of the testing machine. Place the level gauge on the outer circle of the oil cylinder and find the level according to the vertical and horizontal positions of the base and the horizontal direction. Use the level gauge with an accuracy of 0.10/1000 mm to find ± 1 grid. If not, add sizing blocks under the base to adjust. There are two holes on the top of the dynamometer for threading wire rope during reinstallation.
